  We are a regular customer for 8 years and buy about 4 times a year. We always go to the cheesecake shop bentleigh east. Special order cake was decorated to perfection and the kids loved it! Yum tasty.

  We have always bought cakes for many years never had any issues with them, these guys have the best tasting cakes in town. I have been to other cake shops paid twice the price for half the quality. I have also been to other Cheesecake shops was't equally impressed with their quality either.
  
  I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this store to anyone who is time poor and hate cooking at home.
  Staff were excellant, thanks for presonally delivering the cake on my son's B'day.last month.
  
  If you happen to go there try their latest Choc Mousse cake it is similar to the original Black Forest but not as sweet.

  NOT RECOMMENDEDthe shop went to great lengths to to collect all information about me including email, phone and mobile, on the day item was meant to be picked up, work commitments meant i could not pick up. despite collecting all my info they had not called to ask if i had forgotten the cake. when i turned up they could not find the cake, another person came out and demanded to know why i had not called and intimated that i would not be getting a refund. finally after another 10 minutes they finally found my cake. the cake was very ordinary and the customer service lousy and would suggest to other to go elsewhere
