Ordered my daughters Birthday cake - The staff were really helpful recommending cakes and organising printing of an icing photo on top. The theme was Teddy Bears in Space and the team surprised us with extra planet decorations around the photo! Cookies and Cream cake was delicious.

Just ordered a celebration mud cake and enchanted forest birthday cake. The man was very polite and friendly in terms of customer service. Will let you know about quality and presentation of cakes after party.

Rude, unhelpful and everything else not good. Avoid this shop at all costs after the service i got there i ended up just turning around and walking out. To the cheesecake shop master franchise "do you not do quality checks on your franchisees? This one should be shut down as they are damaging your brand. I will try another store and if the same i will never use your brand again"

The male attendant there could have a lot more customer service drummed into him. Not interested in listening to what we wanted for a birthday cake so went to Ascot vale cheese cake shop instead. 5 star service there. The lady who served us has definitely won our business as we have been back many times.
