This company is prepared to trespass on property where not invited or contracted.
Their illegal work left the tree lopsided and out of balance. I would advise anyone against employing them.

The whole process of getting our gum trees trimmed with Mark and his team was very professional. Mark provided a value for money quote which his team executed to a high degree. The friendly and thorough team completing the job were clearly very knowledgeable about their work and understood exactly how much I wanted trimmed. I highly recommend and I will use for all my arborist work going forward.

The guys from Adelaide Tree Surgery removed a tree from my courtyard and gave excellent advice on what I could plant in its place. They selected a beautiful specimen of the new tree and planted it in the old ones place, providing heaps of mulch and tree care tips to make sure it got off to a wonderful start! One year on and the tree is booming and blooming and is gorgeous. Thanks heaps to Ells and his crew at Adelaide Tree Surgery.

The person doing the original quote re-scheduled several times, Actual work re-scheduled several times. Work not completed first time and they had to come back to finish the job. Work not completed second time. Sent a message to their office, no reply. $430 paid for about $100 of work done. Having to now cut down branches myself or pay for another company to attend. Terrible service, terrible work, terrible communication.

Great service. The crew arrived right on time, they got straight into the job after consulting with me about the job of trimming one big tree and removing an old, dying bottlebrush tree and its stump. They assessed the safety issues, worked quickly, did the job, cleaned up, and were off after a final consultation. The crew were polite, informative and positive about their work. Job done in 55 minutes! Very satisfied.
