Quick and well informed by the young bubbly girl in store. She didn't know all the answers to my questions but she did her best to find out for me. I now have my new phone and can't be happier.

Was in the shop today 01/02/14, was dealt with very quickly by a bubbly lady but waited 15 mins to speak a "technician" while the staff seemed to wander about the shop with nothing to do. I was eventually attended to by some young, uninterested little dweeblet who was more interested in squeezing the open sores on his arm than assisting me. They were meant to check that the phone I was buying a pre-paid SIM for was unlocked which didn't happen and the aforementioned sore-squeezer even managed to insert the SIM the wrong way. Goodbye Telstra, enough is enough.

Went to telstra Colac to get a battery for my phone. Told they don't have them but that Faggs Mitre 10 do so went there. They have never had phone batteries and have even rang Colac telstra store and told them to STOP sending people there as they don't sell them.
Was told while I was there that the mark in the screen of my phone was caused by having a chip out of the side of the phone so therefore not covered under the warranty. When I looked closely the mark on the phone was not a chip but a groove where the front of the phone sits in when closed. So much for well informed staff.
