Lachlan from Technicool attended to inspect our air conditioner that had stopped blowing cool air - despite the outdoor unit being ancient and sandwiched down the side of our house, he was able to get to it and do a thorough inspection maintaining a friendly & professional attitude. He managed to start the split system blowing cool air again (a pleasant surprise!!) and we had a chat about our options moving forward towards a replacement with a more modern eco friendly system. Overall very happy with the service and attendance - the work completed being part of the single call-out fee is great.

Lachlan was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he has done during the service.

The process of organising the service date and time could be done better. I had to call twice (3 in total) to follow up/confirm the appointment - once at the time of service. Email confirmations would be great. Understandably they are getting a lot of calls in summer but a bit of constructive feedback in case it is helpful.
