  Absolutely useless. They don't know where they send you, they don't know if you are working, you need to ring them all the time and they never answer.. They have a simple job so they can make more money, but the agents are completely incompetents, I guess they still getting paid no matter how they do their job.

  Absolutely useless. Communication was dreadful. The assistant that was “meant” to be organising me work was terrible at his job. I was constantly ringing him to find out what was going on. My first assignment was a complete mess up. They don’t do site visits too each site/client before sending out workers. They have no idea what they are doing. They also tell you your flat rate straight up and don’t actually tell you what the base rate is before they add on the casual loading, then they also don’t tell you that hours are capped at 38 hours for super. This company is not transparent or honest with you in the interview process. Avoid to save yourself the hassle of dealing with a company that doesn’t know what they are doing. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

  The two seperate occasions I’ve worked for tech force… once in each of the last two financial years on both occasions they have substantially underpaid my tax which on both occasions has left me with tax bills in the thousands… incredibly unprofessional I’d never even entertain the idea of working for them again.

  These agency has left me in tears basically, I have been shortlisted for a FIFO utility role, attended an info session for almost 3 hours, and haven't heard from them since, without saying that I have provided all my DATA to Techforce Personnel, passport details, Visa details, medicare, proof of age, consession card details, they made me get a Police clearence, I also got my new uniform and boots, then for nothing, you should not be doing people these ,
