  I ordered a mesh by giving all the dimensions and everything a few days later the mesh got delivered with a complete wrong size. I emailed one of the staff straight away and asked if there’s any chance they can replace with the right one sometime this week. No reply for the whole week. Again because of no response on the email I tried to call them about 5 times no one answered. Very disappointing!

  Unreliable, untrustworthy, unresponsive, worst service I have ever experienced. Was told after being not responded to, stood up, and just treated poorly that they didn't have any flyscreens that could work with my door. My door is a 3 stacker door, where 2 doors stack behind a fixed panel. It is 2400mm height x 3200mm width. I would have assumed it was pretty standard door configuration.
  
  Timeline of events:
  7th April -
  Submitted request for quote with measurements
  13th April -
  Received the quote from Andrew who advised would need onsite measure and quote
  15th April -
  Accepted rough estimate and requested time for actual measure and quote
  30th May -
  Still no response from Andrew, so emailed again to ask for a measure and quote
  31st May -
  Arranged a time for measure and quote 7am on the 6th of June
  6th June -
  No call or contact from Andrew, called him at 7:30am when I was told that a scheduling error had occurred. Didn't apologise for lack of contact which tells me they forgot.
  6th June -
  Received an apology text message, arranged another appointment for Friday 8th June
  8th June -
  A man turned up and advised he was unable to help me. The flyscreen they sell wouldn't work with my door. Was unable to provide any other options. It appears they sell 1 type of flyscreen that works with 1% of doors.

  I had my Tech-Roll screen installed yesterday by a Victorian registered builder as part of a larger home renovation project. It was the last real trade installed component. I am very happy with the product. I read the reviews and the worries about delay. Mine wasn't delayed. Although my screen has one minor mesh imperfection, the builder has promised to replace it. The screen makes such a difference to my home as I can open up my three panel stacker door and leave it open all day and no friggin flies to kill at dusk. Great product.

  Lovely people, great service, excellent product. Very happy with screen door. Now buying screens for windows.
