I attended 2 seperate tantra synergy workshops about 3 -3.5 years ago, thus this review might not be the best reflection of the current practice

I do not have much experience in tantra workshops but I would have to say Stephanie's programms were well planned, and I respect her on many different levels for creating such a programme in current society

Set ups were very clean and nice as well - which counts alot when it is ceremonial workshop such as this

However I did have one issue. I am a single female, and one of the male participants came on to me. I clearly voiced no, yet he kept asking which was not good especially when I went there to seek healing. It was not a good experience on its own, and it was also a triggering one.

It would have been better if respecting personal boundaries were discussed prior to the workshop

Stephanie's workshops are a must-do for any conscious thinker. They will open your mind to a whole new world of possibilities. You will thoroughly enjoy the easy to understand education and light-hearted facilitator approach.

When I first met Stephanie I was struggling to cope with the trauma that had been consuming me for many years. I had been to numerous doctors, councillors, psychologists, psychiatrists and taking enormous amounts of medications that were doing nothing but further disconnecting me from my true authentic expression of living.

Since working with Stephanie I have lost nearly 30kg, completely come off all medications and connected back to my body. Steph guided me to strip back the old layers of conditioning and break the patterns of what no longer served me. I cannot thank her enough for her guidance, compassion and healing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to make an amazing transformation to a better life.

Stephanie is an absolute Joy to learn from and experience 'tantra' with. She facilitates powerful and meaningful workshops with amazing attention to detail for this ancient art which is so beneficial for anyone interested in practical spirituality for fast paced modern societies whether at a beginner or advanced entry point. As a curious, spiritual seeker of many years with a lot of workshops, courses and study under my belt, I can highly recommend Tantric Synergy as an authentic, well balanced, clear organisation.

I attended the introduction to tantra with Stephanie and absolutely loved the experience. I was tentative about going, but the environment was so supportive, and the people I met opened me up to so many different ideas. I was feeling so closed in my relationship, but Stephanie has taught me how to open myself up to intimacy with my partner.

Since the workshop I've had a one-on-one session with Stephanie. She gently guides and teaches me about embracing my femininity and sexuality, and the positive impact this has had on my relationship, and myself, is clear.

Thank you, Stephanie, I'm definitely bringing some friends to the next one, it's important stuff!
