Congratulations Tammy’s. You managed to serve me the worst sausage roll I have ever tasted. I don’t think I could endure another visit
Tammy's have moved down the road and now have a nicer seated area. Baked goods have been OK but they need a larger range.
A bakery that doesn't make fresh croissants is not a bakery I want anything to do with. Have given them a few tries and every time I've left disappointed. Judging by the staleness of the pastries they've been sitting there for probably 48 hours.
The bakery across the road in Vic Park Central makes them fresh every morning if you want a decent pastry.
Great fresh baked bread - a little expensive but worth the price. Excellent fruit loaf
I was very impressed with the wholemeal rye loaf I first purchased from the manning markets, and despite the dense texture I was pleased to be able to find a nice dark bread in Perth. Needless to say that a few weeks later I found out via their website that all the breads contained milk powder. As a vegan, and a person with an intolerance to dairy, I am alarmed that this was not on a sign anywhere at the stall. Bread traditionally is flour, water, salt, and yeast, yet somehow milk powder found its way into my delicious local loaves of bread. My suggestion would be to use a vegan-friendly milk alternative, and soy, almond, oat, and rice milk are excellent and cheap substitutes that I commonly use when baking at home.
In the mornings I usually get a snack from my lunch bar, she says she got that awesome breads from Tammy's Bakery
Lack of variety (i.e. only sells 'sour dough' bread).
Great bakery love the bread
