  Tyre Plus Phillip is the one stop place for all your car needs in Canberra. Jeremy and Robyn gave me outstanding customer service from the moment I walked and looked after my car like it was there own. I had 4 new tyres fitted along with a wheel alignment and the car performs and runs better then ever. I strongly recommend that you visit Tyre Plus Phillip other than any other place in Canberra as they give the best service, advice and price for anything that you are after. The mechanics are even friendly and answer any questions you might have without making you feel stupid.

  A friend highly recommended this business, I found it was under new management so I gave them a try. From the moment I walked in the door the staff were friendly, approachable and were happy to answer my questions. There were plenty of cars getting serviced etc so I thought it was a good sign. I expected them to book me in for another day as I had just come off the street but no they said they could do my service straight away.
  Great service, friendly staff and value for money as I had been quoted more elsewhere.
  I would highly recommend them.

  ***NEW OWNER / MANAGERS***
  I'm a cautious and mechanically savvy customer... I was a 'walk in' to get 4 tyres and wheel alignment for my Audi Q7 this week. Was a bit nervous after later noticing some prev poor reviews, however they all relate to the previous owner. Bit unfair, I thought, so I am happy to provide new owners with very positive review.
  Jamie ? was friendly, made good recommendations considering my brief, good price and genuine offer to come back if not satisfied. He explained exactly what was going on (why I was getting uneven wear) and the readings and rectification, and encouraged me to come back in 1000kms for follow up to check if wear was improved - for a free adjustment if required.
  When passing by the workshop during the day, I happened to observe the staff working on my car.... they were respectful, with protective covering on seats and careful not to get muck on handles / doors. Nice job. Looking forward to establishing a continued customer relationship.
  Yes, I'm a real person. No, I didn't know the new owners till this week. :)

  Went to get a road worthy inspection on a vehicle i had just purchased and received a list of issues. I am a nsw qualified mechanic, so I took the car home and inspected the "worn" components myself, and found that half were in serviceable condition and some of the issues were non existent (not saying there were no issues with the car). I was quoted $1400 for $600 - $700 worth of work. The service was terrible on the phone and in person. As a tradesperson it is your responsibility to provide accurate and correct information in an area where most people lack the knowledge, I hate to think of all the people that have been scammed by these scumbags.

  Really bad customer service and poor mechanical work. Mr Cal pushed mechanic too much and just wanna get the job done anyway, anyhow which is not really good for customer because quality is bypassed. No lunch timing or break for employees. He had his niece working for him she keep smoking in front of customers. Doesn't even have a point of customer service at all. Most of people smoke while working on your car it's disgusting. It's absolutely disgrace place I have seen in Australia. The owner doesn't know how to run business in Australia. He thinks being arrogant is key in business or threatening everyone. He screams 20-30 times a day without even listening actual point. Then mechanic don't f**kg care about anything and do whatever they can just to make him happy. Cal feels they making stories to disturb him but actually a healthy conversation between employee and employers are the key.
