  Shoron was a huge help when we had 19 stranded students who needed emergency transportation from Sydney to Melbourne. He organised alternative transport for us at very short notice and even went out of his way to bring an extra trailer at 11pm on a Saturday when their luggage wouldn't fit. Very helpful. We will be using Sydney Transport Group again.

  I've used this company many times to facilitate transport for my employees. They always give great customer service and the owner Shoron goes above and beyond to ensure our booking goes flawlessly. Highly recommend.

  The operator and owner "Shiren?" Was irate and breathtakingly rude after I needed to confirm the details of the booking with my group. He displayed disdain for my smaller size booking request, citing he made "25 bookings a day" and I was but one.
  
  Given he requested a $2,000 deposit to hire one of his vehicles (7 seater car), it was not simply a matter of handing over my credit card details on the first phone call enquiry as he insisted. PUSHY, high pressure sales tactics and not recommended

  Very professional and prompt service!
  
  Our maxi cab that was booked at late notice arrived 30mins before our scheduled pic up time. Our driver Jim helped us with all our bags. (Group of 8 with 9pieces of luggage). He drove gently and was also helpful at the airport when unloading.
  
  Call this company if you want hassle free transportation.
