Phoned up 3 days before the cruise to ask for 2 vegetarian meals. The guy who answered the phone said he would make a note of that on our booking. On the night went down for dinner and requested the 2 veg meals and the person serving the meals waved his arm over the warming trays and said this is the veg meal - 2 pathetic salads - lettuce and red cabbage, potatoes and rice. Everybody else had the same plus a chicken dish. When I again complained later he said that 90 other people were happy and only I was unhappy. He was rude and shouldn't actually be dealing with people. The cruise around Sydney Harbour cost $80 EACH. What a waste of time and money. These people need to go on a course on how to serve customers.

Its a shame how the owners treat their staff members on the cruise. Making out they have work and they cancel them on the day.. so sad and word of mouth of this cruise has gone further out to public.. VERY SAD HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CO WORKERS- TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED

It was a very last minute surprise birthday for my dad and we called up Sydney princess cruises and kellie was really helpful she really made sure we got the best cruise for my dads 50th birthday with the best Service and it was by far the best customer service Iv ever got from anywhere and the cruise was amazing the staff were amazing we forgot the cake in the car and they even waited after the cruise was finished so we could quickly get the cake and cut it in the cruise. I would recomment to anyone wanting to book a cruise Sydney princess cruises are the best !! Will definitely be coming back

For Sailing on Sydney harbour there are not many boats at this high standard, food is cooked on board by a real chef, fantastic quality, well appointed, very friendly and helpful staff, great for any function or event. NYE is the best event in the world! on the harbour at Sydney harbour bridge and opera house!

Called the Pyrmont office thinking it was the same number for Princess Tours enquiries, the man on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. there is no need to have so much attitude as a customer service representative. Please train your staff to be polite on the phone rather than extremely unpleasant and unhelpful.

I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to spend Saturday night on one of the Sydney Princess boats cruising around Sydney Harbour for a friends 30th birthday party. It was a lot of fun and I had a great night. The boat was fantastic, sights incredible, staff were very helpful and food was good.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend sometime cruising around Sydney Harbour.
