Sydney Epoxy Floors installed an epoxy floor in my garage about two years ago. They did a superb job and the floor has proven to be very hard wearing. However, I recently have been moving some heavy items across a small section of the floor and there was some minor scratching. The scratching was difficult to see but I knew it was there. So I rang the company to see whether there was a way of polishing the scratches off or whether I could buy a small can of epoxy and re coat the small scratched section myself. The company replied saying that they would like to inspect the floor. When the technical person came to inspect the floor he advised that the best way to get a perfect finish was to sand and re coat the whole garage floor. The company said they would be happy to do this at no cost to me! This work has now been completed and the entire garage floor is like new again. I thought this was extremely generous of Sydney Epoxy Floors and demonstrates the high priority the company gives to looking after their customers. Thank you Sydney Epoxy Floors.
