OMG!!!! Our lil boy Jedi must have absolutely enjoyed is time with you. We're happy to have him home and will definitely contact u guys if we need to leave the counrty again. Thank you to the whole team for looking after our very special little family member, appreciate it greatly!

Amazing! Just all round amazing. Staff are absolutly beautiful and our fur babies were in the very best care. We will never have them stay any where else from now on. Highly recommended!

It's ALWAYS our go-to place to leave our lovely border collie and get peace of mind. You might think.'oh but it's a bit far and the hours are not that flexible' let me tell you something: make it work and you will see how much care, love and respect they have for your little ones and for you. Worth the trip, the price and the experience - Lua (our dog) loves it! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, Communication, Positive energy and very welcoming. Maria the receptionist is such a lovely lady and the handler (sorry forget his name) was also very lovely and friendly.
I let them know I was a little worried about leaving my girl for a week, as it was my first time away without her but they reassured me and told me she will be in good hands and well looked after. to hear that was very comforting and reduced a lot of the worries and concerns I've initially had.
On the day of her pick up, she came out so happy and full of life, running up to me giving me big kisses and wanting pats, seeing her come out so happy and full of joy showed she definitely was taken great care of.
I am so glad I chose this place for her to stay - SDCB will definitely be seeing us again - Highly Recommended!!response / report this review -

We have been taking our beloved dog to this kennel for day care 3 days a week, every week for the past year and we couldn't hope for a better place for our dog to be while we are at work. The staff are always friendly and their passion for what they do always shines through each time I see them. Our dog is always well looked after, his special dietary requirements are no problem and he is always carefully matched with playful and likeminded dogs - the best part is seeing our dog come home happy and very tired from a big day out :)

Lee, Fiona & the team run a wonderful facility. Our dog Rocco is so well looked after, and always comes back so happy. It's nice to know that when we go on holiday, Rocco has a holiday as well. Thanks guys

It's a great relief to find a place where I know Obie is safe and well cared for. He came back healthy and happy ie his usual self. He will definely be back. I feel a new found sense of personal freedom. Much appreciated!

Friendly staff! Have used them twice now and both times our fur baby was well looked after and well. Came home all soft and fluffy after a nice wash too. Will continue to use this boarding kennel.

My pup came into heat two days before she was due to stay at the boarding facility. I was worried she'd be isolated and lonely, but the staff made every effort to give her the opportunity to play with desexed or other female pups.

If you want to be able to leave your pets in good hands, this is the place for you. Beyond excellent care, Fiona and Lee treat your animals as if they were their own. It's certainly eased our minds when we are travelling. We wouldn't place our animals anywhere else. The pick up and delivery service is also excellent and very reasonable.

We recently left our dog "mumu" there for 5 days and to be honest our dog looked happy and healthy when we got her back. She had a little bold patch and it was gone after having her stay there. She was also groomed beautifully. Great place to leave our precious one. We are so happy that we are contemplating on leaving her there again on our next trip! Highly recommended !!!

This is a brilliant kennels, and we are so grateful to Lee and his staff.
We left our beloved 2 rescue dogs Magic (Great Dane x Staffy) and Bongo (American Staffy x Border Collie x Goose) with Lee for two weeks while we took a much needed break.
When we got back, both dogs were in great condition, and clearly had the BEST. HOLIDAY. EVER.
They were relaxed and clean and super happy. And this was after the worst Sydney weather : 2 weeks of torrential rain, but somehow Lee and his wonderful staff managed to keep the dogs excerised and amused and cheerful.
I admit we both felt a bit of apprehension when we left them, as nine months previously we had a bad experience with a local kennels.
But Lee was great. He is clearly very experienced and comfortable with dogs and even more importantly, genuinely likes them - and that's not always a given. Our dogs responded to his calm and affectionate approach, and settled instantly.
He took time to explain the set up at the kennels, checked for allergies, medications, and the usual little quirks all dogs have. We don't know all of our dogs' backgrounds because they came to us as RSPCA cruelty cases, so we really wanted them to have the best care. Lee listened to us, and put us at ease on all counts.
Lee was even able to clip our dogs nails (they are both very ticklish, and that job is usually a nightmare of wriggling and whimpering - and that's just my husband).
Our dogs will be going to Sydney Dog and Cat Boarding Kennels next time we take a holiday. I wish we could give them 6 stars.response / report this review -

Thank you Sydney Dog and Cat Boarding for the wonderful care and attention our 10 year old dog Toby received whilst we were on holidays.
Lee, Mark and staff understand and love animals and it shows.
Our dog was well looked after, he was happy and showed no signs of stress when he picked him up after our holiday.

I left my 12 y/o dog and 15 y/o cat with Lee for 5 days, with their ages I was a bit anxious with leaving them anywhere but I felt immediately comfortable with the friendly atmosphere. I called from overseas to check on them and Lee was very friendly and accommodating :) They both came back so happy and obviously well looked after! I definitely recommend this place and will be leaving them there on any future trips :) Thanks Lee!
