I had a complicated issue with a car belonging to a deceased friend, lapsed registration, dead battery, needing to be sold.

Sam took the time to listen patiently to the issue, provided prompt professional actioning around the same. On the day of the removal, I was kept advised by the driver around their whereabouts, and the whole process from my first phone call, to the car being removed to the payment being made, was quick, professional and conducted in a very timely manner. Super easy to deal with. I had a car that had seen better days and didn't pass rego. Knowing that the car isn't worth much I was happy to organise someone to pick it up and offer me a few bucks. Great communication skills and everything was simple and clear. Would definitely recommend giving them a call or shooting through an email if you have a car lying around and you need some cash.
