Shane went above and beyond with service, answered all my questions and help me pick the right vape that was for me, very friendly staff 😄 will be going back there

Went in to get new coils for my partner and I for our vapes and Shane served us. He was super helpful and even done a service on our vapes and taught us heaps about them while we were in. Definitely going back, amazing customer service

Thank you so much for the outstanding service! Unfortunately I didn't get the staff's name, but they gave you enough options to compare things without overwhelming you. With juices they didn't just open all the cupboards full of juices, instead asked a few questions and gave a couple of options. I've never seen service this amazing at any other vape store! Will definitely be coming back here, and thank you for your service yesterday!

Absolute legend helped me today. Didn’t catch his name but literally was the nicest customer service I’ve ever had. Felt like an old mate of mine. Answered all my questions, and offered even more information than asked. Fixed all my issues with my vape and even more. Wasn’t gonna get any extra juices, but because we spoke so freely and had a genuine conversation, he offered flavours I never thought to buy but absolutely love the smell of once I bought. Exceptional bloke, good work guys.
