Ian Stacey takes huge pride in his work and goes above and beyond in customer service. Over the past 10 years Ian has installed two electric heat pumps and an electric pool cover for me. In all three cases I’ve been really happy with the result!

Totally professional and expert in every respect. Great heat pump product. A very challenging site but all obstacles overcome for a successful installation. Very easy to work with to arrive at the solution we did and dedicated to achieving the best for us as clients. Highly recommend Sunshine Pool heating!

Ian was prompt and professional and so helpful with advising on and supplying a fabulous tailor made pool cover for our mineral therapy pool. We now save about 50% on heating and I can manage the roller easily myself. He was great to deal with the whole way through. Ian also advised us on how to best manage our new mineral pool and heating. Thankyou Ian happy customers Anna and Mark (Mons, Sunshine Coast)!

Wanted to replace the old plastic pool cover with something that not only protected but provided insulation for the pool. The professionalism that Ian Stacey and the Sunbather team provided was everything I wanted. The quality of the the product and the installation team has been incredible. It is now effortless to cover and uncover the pool and to have the insulation for both winter (keep the water warmer) and during summer (stop the water getting to warm) will make the swimming experience so much more enjoyable. Thanks Ian for your expertise and guidance - always a pleasure dealing with you.

Ian Stacey acted promptly and efficiently to propose a replacement pool heat pump following damaged unit lost in February floods. Installed Madimack Eco - 20.2kw inverter pool heat pump mounted above future flood levels. Good reliable service during install and followed up quickly after electrical connection was complete.
