Owner / Manager is the same asian lady she initially said its 125$ for a night, we were travelling from Canberra to Melbourne and arrived at 5am we called and confirmed the price but when we got there she overcharged us and forced us to leave early and kept knocking at the door and didn't even let us have 5 hour sleep peacefully as we were really tired , really disappointed she were racist won't recommend anybody in need to stay there.

Manager was very accommodating even though we arrived quite late. Very large room and ensuite. The matressess have seen a bit of use and could probably be replaced but much more comfortable than the 30+ hours on a plane in cattle class.

You get what you see here Friendly owners who are happy to help. Rooms are basic but loaded with items to use such as toaster, tv, Kettle, fridge etc.

There is road noise, so bring earplugs!!

Booked in for one night only. There aren't many places to stay in Sunbury so didn't have much of a choice really. We had a 2 bedroom family room. Considering it was winter there was only one blanket and pillow on each bed with only one other blanket and pillow spare in cupboard. The heating was broken and we were supplied a small radiator which was ok I guess. The electric blankets were hardly warm and the shower water was basically cold. They supplied only 3 cups and 3 glasses for 4 people. They were able to give us more cups and glasses but nothing else. The only positive is it was clean.
