Very proud of our guys who have put so many hours of work into building our company not only into a work place but an environment where young teenagers struggling to find their way in life have a purpose. The fencing side of the job was done well but they failed to remove the old fence below ground level which I now have to dig out myself as it is in the garden bed.
The retaining side of things was done extremely poorly. Nails were lifted from my deck and not replaced, the retaining wall was placed on top of two solanoids, the concreting was done poorly and looks messy, the retaining does not retain as there is a foot gap underneath the bottom panel to the floor and an inch gap between the retaining wall and the fence, and so much more wrong.
He arrived extremely late 3 of the days and did not speak to me to let me know he was done for the day when he left just after lunch time one of the days. He was given a date of when the work needed to be completed by and easily agreed to it, but was not able to meet it. When I tried to broach the subject of the retaining, I was told by him that he had already done extra and above what he had charged, he had other jobs on, and wasn't willing to fix it.
Never will I ever use this company again. It has cost me $200+ so far to fix the shoddy workmanship and I am still in the process of fixing the issues.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Unfortunately this builder doesn't follow code and uses inadequate materials for the job. Building commission and structural engineer confirmed poor workmanship. Default judgement as ignores authorities.
