Tried reaching out multiple times (via email and phone) for a showroom appointment, received no follow up (or any other form of contact) for over 5 business days.
Some other concerns:
1) Website doesn't have the option to self-book an appointment (must email them, cannot call).
2) All offices have the same number (routed to Sydney), so you can't actually reach your local office (and thus have to email).
3) When you do email, if you don't get a response (which I didn't for multiple days), there's no escalation process.
Overall, terrible pre-sales experience.
I don't even want to think about what post-sales is like.
Edit: 12th Jan now, still no contact.
