  I have a black MG3 hatchback that I booked in to get cleaned on the 09/12. The gentleman there kindly redid some spots that were missed whilst it was cleaned but I didn’t realise until coming out of the car park (as it’s quite dark) that there were marks on my car from the cloth. I also couldn’t tell if parts of the interior were vacuumed as there was still debris on the floor. I called up and came in again on Monday 11/12 as they offered to redo the clean which was great. The gentleman added a polish for free (which was very kind) but now I have swirl marks and scratches on the bonnet of my car :( Granted black cars are tricky but the products or clothes etc used scratched it which is devastating as my car is only two years old. Intent is really good and they clearly care but it’s unfortunate. I would be cautious if you have a black car. Thanks though for trying to sort the problem out

  I booked in for two of the $65 wash. The car was clean on the outside. The windows however were worse. Smeared all over the windshield inside and the rear view mirror was the same. The interior wasn’t much better sadly. My partners car was nice and clean. So I’m not sure what happened to mine. Given mine was the cleaner of the two when we dropped them off. I won’t be going back for the money spent I could have done a better job in the 2.5hrs it took despite being booked in.

  Such a good eye for detail for car cleaning, very happy with the result, the staff is so friendly do, and they do not push you, very reasonable as well. I use them all the time.
