  Seriously this is easily the worst car wash I've ever been to, the nerve of them to advertise it as anything special. I give them a chance every 6 months I go back in the hope that things have improved and every time I regret it.
  
  It's not about the staff or anything like that, I have no issues with them....but you get your car back and sit scratching your head at what you paid for. Today I opened my boot and it was soaked on the inside, I needed a full gym towel to get all the water out.
  
  The passenger seat wasn't even vacuumed, there was visible pieces of dirt as soon as I climbed in, and they have NEVER once even wiped let alone vacuumed the cup holders or anything in the middle console...seriously frustrating
  
  They spend 30 minutes wiping the same spot from the outside, one guy does it for 5 minutes then he tags in the next guy.
  
  I always spend 15-20 minutes after picking it up having to clean it myself, never again honestly...

  Wanted to get my car washed after 4 days travelling. I asked for a star wash ( I think presently $33 - $36). The person I spoke with said there was a lot of dirt and insects on the car (a golf) and said it cannot be cleaned for less than $80!!!! I said you have to be kidding. I got back in the car and went to a touchless car wash for $18 and was very happy.
  I will not go back to these rip off merchants.

  Awful. Will not use again. Returned to find a half washed car and a bottle of chemicals sitting in my daughters baby seat. No attempt to rectify situation, just "what would you like us to do".

  Extremely unimpressed on my first ever visit to Star Car Wash Castle Hill!
  Purchased an SUV/Van Star Polish with $15 online discount for my Ford Transit Custom (SWB). When I arrived I was told the online price was too cheap and that my van couldn't be cleaned for the price I had paid. I showed the staff member my text message and also the website that clearly offered SUV/Van Star Polish for $80 and I insisted he proceed. He reluctantly accepted may van.
  After an hour the van was presented back to me. I took a look and then pointed out areas that hadn't been cleaned. This charade continued for over another hour and 5 times where the van was presented and pointed out further oversights. 2hrs and 15mins later I accepted my van while still listening to the chirp of how "vans cannot be cleaned for $80" and how "the head office has it all wrong." It seems Star Car Wash management and staff should go for a team building session.
  End result is the van has been nicely cleaned. Should have been done without the arguments or lacklustre efforts

  Whatever you do, do not entrust your vehicles with these people. They damaged my car door, and will not take responsibility for it. They refuse to give the video footage to me. On top of that they did an absolutely shocking clean, you get better cleans from the scouts $5 clens. NEVER EVER go to this place... EVER!!!

  I come here all the time. They have always done a good job on my car. They always go that bit extra and clean all the stuff marks on the interior which a lot of car washes won't do unless you pay for the premium washes. Staff are always friendly too

  What a disaster I had today at Star Car Wash at Castle Hill in Victoria Avenue. Vacuum was terrible (I don't believe it was done at all the first time) and when I asked them to do it again it was barely better. Yes, there was dog hair on the back seat, which is why I took it to the car wash, but I was told the car was too dirty. Too dirty? Am I supposed to bring my car to a car wash already clean? Not to mention the back seat was wet from careless washing and the rubber mat wasn't put back in properly. After having 4 staff argue with me, they said they would try again and this time I could actually see they had tried (third time lucky right?)
  Due to the rude service I received, I called head office who had the manager call me. The Manager was just as rude as the staff, although he did offer me a $10 discount on my next car wash. When I advised I wouldn't be coming back, the manager offered $10 cash back and promptly hung up. Not to mention it was ridiculously expensive and I didn't even get a free coffee at the cafe.
  I would not recommend this service to anyone.

  Had an Interior Detail yesterday on our Subaru with Wash, and the boys did a good job. We can see that they took their time. Satisfied with it. Thanks.
