  We desperately needed a locksmith here in Geelong when our door simply wouldn't open with certain keys and the keys that did work needed a special jiggle left and then right to make them work. Rick showed up 5 minutes earlier than the agreed time and had the lock fixed in no time at all. I can't believe how long we put up with a dodgy door handle. Cannot thank the guys enough for the work undertaken. All keys now work perfectly and no complaining form the kids. Thanks Rick

  Straight forward no bull! Rick helped us out and got our vehicle keys cut and programmed with no fuss when everyone else just confused us! We saved $250! Would definitely recommend!

  Very efficient service. Changed my ignition barrell. Came to me, job done in half an hour and were over $100 cheaper than other quotes. Definitely will be using again!

  Cut keys wrong, their mistake no apologies, immediate response was what have you done to it"""rude abrupt,terrible customer service, when pointed out wrong blank used and their fault, again no apologies. Will never use again.
