I've been going here for a couple of months now and it has been great! My posture has vastly improved and I no longer have any lower back pain. Mark, my chiropractor is very knowledgeable and has provided easy to understand information which made me confident in his ability.

My sister and her husband also goes to this clinic and had initially recommended it to me because of the quality of care provided to them.

The new location is easy to get to as my bus stops on the same street and it is a short walking distance to Wynyard station.

Highly recommend!

Initially I was hesitant about seeing a chiropractor but as soon as I started going to Spine and Posture Care my entire relationship with back and neck pain changed for the better. Mark takes such time and care when it comes to treatment, is always so thorough and you know you’re in very safe hands. I recommend this place to everyone I know. You walk in uncomfortable and walk out with such relief!

Kelvin is excellent when it comes to explaining and demonstrating postural issues. Results have been great as I have seen a significant improvement in my posture. Would highly recommend!
