  Amazing Balloons in a Box and smash cake. The presentation was incredible. It was such a surprise to the recipient. She had no idea what was inside the large box. Took a video of her opening the box and it was full of laughter and smiles. Customer service on delivery was great. Would thoroughly recommend this as something different from flowers etc. Well done Sparkle Surprise.

  What an incredible service and gift!! Have used a few times and never ever disappointed. Arrives on time, even same day when ordered that morning!! Gorgeous gift and reasonably priced. So thankful!! Wonderful wonderful service! Will use again and again!!

  Balloon Surprise Box was awesome! I ordered the congratulations 6 balloons in a box late last night and it was at my Dad's house by 9am this morning! He absolutely loved it and such a unique gift to send. The delivery service was very personable. Thank you KJ & Mark.

  Fabulous service. The gift was well recived by the recipient and they were most impressed and surprised. Delivered well on time and exactly as ordered. Being interstate I was concerned but need not be. I received the photos and the video as promised and enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you very much very happy!

  Just want to say a huge thank you to all at Sparkle surprise. Ordered the Chocolate Smash Cake Surprize for a friend's birthday. Ordering was easy and everything was just as promised. On time delivery and notification when completed. Makes things very relaxed especially when arranging from overseas. Amazing service. Fantastic gift idea with a wow factor. Thank you all again!!!

  Had the unicorn deluxe bouquet with a bear delivered to the children's hospital and what can I say. Was NOT disappointed. Exceeded our expectations. Photos do not do any justice !!! Highly recommend !!!! Thank you so much for your amazing efforts and amazing service !!

  I got balloons and donuts delivered to my nephew (who just turned 8 today) in Brisbane and watching a video of the interaction between the delivery driver (who is the owners husband) and my nephew was AWESOME!! The delivery driver was great with my nephew and I cant thank them enough for making his day a little bit more special. The balloons were gorgeous and when he opened the box, little balloons flew and and the look of excitement on his face.. priceless!! Thank you Sparkle Surprise for making the whole experience memorable for my nephew, you now have a return customer!!

  In August, I ordered a balloon bouquet for my 4 year old daughter. I cannot state enough how amazing this company and service was. It brought her so much joy in a terrible time. And while Sparkle Surprize was both professional and efficient, they went above and beyond, with empathy and care.
  They phoned me the day before asking whether she preferred unicorns or llamas, and her favourite colours. As she was in a protected ward, they made all care to make sure the bouquet was safe. When her face saw it, I nearly cried. I will always be a loyal customer, and I cannot recommend their services more. Some people in life, just care, and go beyond just work. Thank you.

  Amazing! Highly recommend it! The balloon with the light was extremely beautiful and the added helium small balloons coming out when you open the box is something I’ve never seen it before. The added freckles at the bottom of the balloon was also such a nice touch!
  The little lights on the outside of the box also stands out! Box and ribbon are absolutely beautiful! So much detail!
  I’m so glad I ordered from this company and this will definitely be my go to for ordering for any special occasions from now on.
  Amazing service with such short notice! Thank you so much!
