Advertising products for sale on their website that they do not stock. waited 2 weeks for item, brought it to their attention only to receive a refund and no apology.
PS the only 5 star rating this shop gets is from the owner.

If I could give them "0" stars I would. One of the worst experiences, in-store and online, I've ever had. The physical shop is tiny, has almost nothing in it (the local IGA has as good a selection of brewing basics) and the person behind the counter had no knowledge either of brewing, or their own product lines. The online store looks impressive - huge range - but it turns out they don't keep all those things in stock. A week after placing my order I received an email saying my order had been refunded. No explanation. No apology. No alternate offer. Just no order. When I politely complained about this and asked for an explanation I received the following reply: "Good we do not need customer like you anyway. Happy for you not to come back you are not welcome". So I guess they don't actually want customers at all. I recommend you take your business elsewhere - there are plenty of great Australian online brewing stores, with fantastic customer service and who actually keep their listed items in stock. And if you live in the Highlands and want to go to a physical shop, slip down Macquarie Pass to Albion Park and talk to the guys at All Things Brewing - they actually know what they're talking about and want to speak to their customers.
