  Phil and his team we’re extremely professional and fantastic to deal with. Nothing was too much of a problem and they kept me informed of the progress of my repair regularly. The vehicle was repaired on time, on schedule and I was extremely happy with the quality of the repair. I highly recommend South Melbourne Smash Repairs.

  Had an accident with my new Nissan Navara and needed serious repairs. This was my first motor accident (and hopefully last) so was unsure of the whole process but Philip and his team were amazing to deal with; professional, efficient and made the whole process very easy whilst returning my vehicle in an immaculate condition. I also recommended a friend a few months later who had a great experience.

  Outstanding, friendly service and great result! Phil was able to fix a large scratch I had on the side of my car where someone tried to move into my lane on the Westgate Bridge so that I didn't even need to use my insurance. He used a special polish that got rid of the damage completely. He remembered me from about 7 years ago! This business is almost next door to the South Melbourne Central shopping centre where you can sit and have coffee or lunch while you wait for your car to be fixed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  I used South Melbourne Smash Repairs recently for a repair job (insurance claim) and all I have to say is that Phil and his team were outstanding with their service. Communication was regular and prompt, and they put me at ease about the entire repairs process. I can see why they are always busy - many people have heard about their trustworthy service and attention to detail and choose them over other smash repairers.
