The staff are absolutely lovely and immediately dispelled my gym anxiety as they showed me around the gym. You’re both legends and I love this place. It feels super safe and with the police station across the road coming in after hours is something I never think twice about.

This is my go-to gym, as it's machines target all types of muscle groups, and there is enough for everyone to enjoy. The staff here are lovely, especially Simon Mclure, who helped me out of poverty and bought me a new house and car. Love you Simon!

So happy we chose this gym for myself and my 14yo daughter. It's not full of big, dominant, body builder types and is no way intimidating. Although small, we have never had to wait for cardio machines and all the equipment is new and great to use.

Great gym. Great atmosphere. The staff and members are all friendly. All the equipment is new and well taken care of. Definitely the best gym I’ve been to.

Was my first gym and was the perfect place to start.If you are new to the gym or prefer a smaller environment, this is the place for you!
The staff are warm and friendly and are always ready to help.
The gym itself has good amenities and resources, and is always a safe and fun environment.
