I got a car transported from Ballarat to Sydney. The price was by far the best out of about 5 quotes I obtained. The end price was the same as initially agreed which is already more than I can say about other companies. Car arrived within the stated time frame and in the same condition as when they picked it up. Anuj was courteous, honest and easy to deal with. No complaints here, would use SMB again.

Had a car carried from Melbourne to Sydney. Plastic part on body disappeared, no compensation for damage as they said that cars over 20 years will not be eligible for refund. Will never use again

Terrible service. Damaged my vehicle and left oil stains all over leather interior. Tried to contact to discuss and never received any contact back or assistance. Ignored me repeatedly and actively refusing to acknowledge responsibility for damage and stains. Will have to pursue at great time and expense through the courts — not worth it!!
