Walked out without ordering, sorry but your staff are completely rude and useless!
Your staff don't understand your menu and your duty manager was equally as moronic and couldn't answer a simple question when queried, clearly she needs better training because 15 year olds at KFC do a better job. Your staff couldn't succeed in the real world of restaurants and customer service.
Who the hell tells the customer you can't swap mash for chips (even when they offer to pay any difference) and you will need to pay a full extra $7.50 to get veg, mash & chips what kind of moronic dictatorship are you idiots trying to run?!?
If the aim of your business is to piss off customers then you have succeeded, businesses like yours give the term restaurant a bad name and keep domino's successful!!!

my go to place for pizza. toppings are generous, crust is crispy and chewy but not too thick. great service. once I went back 4 times in one week. My place for pizza in Melbourne. Mexicana and roast veg rock the house. Better than any gourmet pizza in melbourne.

Figured I'd give this place another try and boy do I regret it, AGAIN! I haven't had such disgusting pizza in a VERY long time and I order pizza weekly, sometimes even twice a week from various places. This so called pizza however was absolute garbage. A carboard box would probably have had more flavour and been more moist then what I was served tonight. DON'T waste your time or your hard earned $ on this place.

Thought I would try this place again after a long time as it was a really great place to eat. However this time I ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic bread, got home and looked forward to my meal. I'm sorry but the pizza base was drier than cracker biscuits you get in a box at the supermarket, and the garlic bread taste like home brand from Coles.

To be honest I was really looking forward to eating this restaurants food again after so long but was greatly disappointed. I don't know how anyone could be happy to hand over such a dry pizza with a base that tastes like crackers.

I don't think I will be dining here again.

Love the Lamb delight guys. Would have given a 5 star review but out of the last 10 or so times I have ordered it, there were about 2 or 3 times the lamb was just too dry. I put it down to just being overly busy and under the pump, however I still will continue to order going forward and hope that the lamb is always juicy :) keep up the good work.
