  Purchased a car which will be the first for my son. Sean was friendly to deal with and waited while we weighed up our options. We originally went to look at one car and didn't like it and was then shown a few other choices. No hassles with roadworthy and rego transfer. Helpful a week after purchase to arrange a mechanic to do a quick check. Thanks

  Simple Cars were so great through this whole process. Blake has been communicative and understanding of all our concerns. The team allowed us to do our own independent RACV inspection to be totally sure of our purchase, any issues were rectified quickly and without any cost to us. So excited to be back on the road, registered, roadworthy and confident. Thanks again Blake and the team at Simple Cars Ringwood!

  Do not trust Simple Cars, do not buy from simple cars all round bad experience.
  Bought a golf from Simple cars and have had nothing but problem after problem. I go to them asking what they can do, “not my problem you signed a waver” after walking away they relent and offer me repairs at trade prices at their mechanic Silverwings garage. I call, get told they are busy then my calls are rejected and cannot get thru, I tried calling on different days 7 attempts. So I have booked the car in at my own mechanic, this all before my first service.
  I am now stuck with a unroadworthy car and have had to get a hire car in order to keep my job. Thanks a bunch Toby…
  No stars I wish I could minus star.
  
  Update, this golf has cost me close to $4000 since I purchased it. If you buy from simple cars buy the warranty.
  
  Clutch failure needs replacing, $2100
  Turbo failure needed repair, $650
  Headliner came off, repaired myself
  Sunroof failure needs replacing $500
  A few other problems that slip my mind.
  I paid premium prices for what I thought was a quality used car. Taken for a ride…
