Very happy with the service and quality of workmanship I received from the two lads at Silversponge in Perth. Close attention to detail. Brought my older Mazda back to life, looking like new again. I’ve added a few pics so you can see for yourself. Will definitively be back again.

I bought a commodore recently which had a pretty dirty interior when I got it, I dropped in without a booking, got interior and exterior cleaned, seats shampooed as they had some marks, the dash had velcro and sticky glue from the old dash mat which they managed to clean up like new. Really happy with the results, will definitely use them again.

New ownership - new low standard of care.
Having used Silver Sponge for some time, when owned by Frank, I was always pleased with the service and recommended it to many people.
I took my car there again without realising the change of ownership, and the outcome was not good.
Poor attention to detail meant that my wheels were still mostly covered in brake dust, and the rear end of my car looked like it did before.
But more importantly, there were two slices in my window trims, one on each side of the car. I can only assume they used a blade to scrape the glass and slipped, causing permanent damage.
I filled in a contact form on the website with this feedback, and received no response.
I followed that up again two weeks later - still no response.
I have now unrecommended it to anyone who has asked, and have written this review in the hope that it causes some improvement in their business.response / report this review -

Many years ago, I had to give up taking my car to be washed / detailed as I would drive away saying to myself, they have not cleaned it, they missed this they missed that. Ultimately simply feeling cheated and then beating myself up over the disappointing experience.
I moved into the area 18 months ago and thought new place new detailer, so I reset my mind and gave "Silver Sponge Hand Car Wash" a go and see if i can overcome my consistent disappointment of an average experience.
Firstly, the premises are clean in the cleaning bays and inside the cafe is an opportunity to have Late` and switch off while they do all the work.
My experience with the staff was great. The moment you drive in all staff are courteous and extremely well managed like a factory floor. All look like they happy to be there.
There are not just two options there are tons & pricing is displayed clearly and broken down even if you want the most basic item of your car cleaned all the way up to complete makeover. Their advice is in the best interest of the customer and not that of their back pocket. The communication prior to the commencement of work and then after is extremely detailed and gives your insight that there is more to this than just soap and water.
The finished product is better than what I expected. They have checks in place to ensure that that the little things that destroyed me prior with my experience in other setups did not even come into my mind even when I checked and when I even checked again. They did what they promised, and they did it like it was their own car.
Frank the owner and operator treats you like you are a guest in his own home. You can see why this business always busy. Frank is there 7 days a week and rain or shine he delivers over and above every day on every car. You can witness that he respects his staff and trains them all himself by ensuring they are continuously improving to always exceed the customer's expectations.
If you are yet to experience Silver Sponge Hand Car Wash, then do yourself a favour and get in your car and spoil it. Get down to Lord street and experience this for yourself. I assure it is an investment. It will be like the day you drove the car for the first time. If you do not get the same as I have outlined above, we’ll all I can say is you went to the wrong car wash.

Dropped by Monday afternoon and they fit my car in straight away for an inside & out. Excellent service, far superior to any other business I’ve used previously. Very friendly & professional. Will be taking my car here from now on!

Dropped my car off on a Sunday morning and then came back to pick it up an hour later. They did a great job on my wash and vac for $55. They lose a star because there were a few small dots which were still dirty (excusable, as they were small) and my dashcam cables had almost all been pulled out (they must have been very rough with the inside window cleaning). Still happy overall.

My man Frank knows how to get a car looking it’s best and his customer relation skills are top notch. I’m a regular and don’t have to tell him what the car needs he just knows. Finally the price is quite good if you ask me.

These guys are no joke, what an amazing job! My car is black and difficult to get a great finish on, or so I thought. These guys made it look easy, I sat in comfort inside and saw them get busy cleaning my car. They're so thorough and pay attention to detail. The owner also puts in the effort to get to know his customers, very rare touch and very much appreciated. Thanks guys, you've just got another regular!
