Never trust this cab company for a booking. I booked a taxi with this company three hours prior to a flight and they were upset when I called up angry 40 minutes after they were supposed to be there…

Worst Cab company in Canberra.Called up day before and operator indicated a maxi will arrive at my place. 6am, No maxi, so they send out 2 taxis. Should be ashamed.

I called Silver Service twice on Thursday night seeking a taxi to pick me up and on both occasions no taxi turned up. Ended up having to call a real taxi company after waiting one and a half hours. I asked the taxi driver if it was a busy night and he said not at all, to the contrary..

My cab ride was good, the drivers do talk on the phone but it's fine. Its the customer service that is very poor. I left my phone in a cab one night and they make it impossible to get your lost property. The customer service line staff are rude and there is no willing to help, they told me the wrong business hours saying they would be open just to get me off the phone. I showed up and called and they said they were always closed when they told me other wise the day before.
