Worst customer service ever. The receipt says you can get a refund if you change your mind and refund is done via the original mode of payment. Went back to the store and met a Lisa who says she is the manager, treated us like we were illiterates and kept laughing, says she can only do a refund via a gift card which we have to spend there. But that wasn't what was stated on the receipt of purchase under their refund policy. Pretty sure we we're treated that way because of our skin colour, one other guy said we were making a big deal out of nothing and they needed to attend to other customers. They were both very rude and unprofessional. She even said if we like we should go report it to the prime minister that she doesn't care. I will surely take this comaint further...
