Seriously awesome. The tedious process required to sell shares from an SMSF held by joint trustees was solved. Just followed the instructions, got the IDs verified as required, provided copy of deed and done. You guys rock - thank you.

I was a little apprehensive about selling shares using an online site, had used one previously in the UK but never in Australia.
It was easy to navigate the site and easy to upload documents for ID purposes.
No need to have been concerned as everything went smoothly, the shares were sold on the day of receiving my instruction even though I had opted for the slower sale at a cheaper price! Funds received by cheque as this was for a deceased account otherwise funds would have been received on settlement date direct into a bank account.
All in all extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Well I rang many times, questioned everything. I was so scared that I had made a huge mistake and this was a scam but I was very wrong. This was a fantastic way to sell shares.
