This seller is in the business of selling stale, disgusting wine that obviously hasn't been stored or handled properly, hence the price. Bought a pack of Jacob's Creek from him and it was the worst wine I've ever tasted in my life. Seller refuses to help and makes excuses instead of helping.

Unsure whether this company is a scam. Paid for a box that was never received. Emailed twice and phoned, told I'd get a call back to resolve and never heard back. Just had money go from account for second box, first still not received and haven't been able to talk to anyone to find out what's going on or cancel further payments.
Incredibly poor customer service, not impressed at all.response / report this review
