  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
  
  My sister in law used this company and was told that the money for her car would be transferred to her. Much like many of the other reviews, she never received said money. She has since tried to follow this up using various methods and has either had her number blocked or fake bank receipts provided to her (which have been typed out in the notes app).
  
  It appears this company also trades under the names ‘Canberra Car Removal’ and ‘BBS towing and cash for cars’ so avoid those companies too.
  
  After exhausting all other avenues, this matter has now been reported to the police.

  Never paid the money. From reading the others reviews looks like they do this a lot. I called a few days after they picked up the car, was told it would be looked into, never heard back and then my number was blocked. Looks like they go through the reviews and comment on the bad ones and claim they were never customers. If you try and call the number provided on their website it just rings out, I tried 6 or 7 times. Would not recommend using this company or if you do I would ask for the money up front.

  We had been looking to get rid of our car, I google searched and came upon Scrap Car Canberra, put in an enquiry and had a call from Blake within 15mins of submitting an enquiry for a quote. Blake was lovely and professional and was able to sort out payment and pick for first thing Monday morning. All of this happened within 5 hours!!! I was so impressed and would highly recommend Blake and his services to anyone looking for convenience and professionalism!

  Never received the money.
  We got our car towed away over a month a ago and never received the money from them. Chased up many times to the point that we are so frustrated and no longer want the money any more. Apparently there were a few Google review complaints but they have been called "not their customers" by the owner. We have reported scam. Please try to avoid this company.

  I don't recommend this company to dispose your car, this email screenshot shows we have tried to follow up the payment after providing bank details the day of pick up and have not received a response or payment. Incredibly disappointed.
