Very clean for an old motel. Beds are comfy, bathroom clean, staffare very friendly.

This is a doggy hotel and would definitely not recommend taking you family to this motel it may look good in the photos but is definitely nothing like that
When I took my family there we were well greeted by some drug addict at the front before having to wait for half an hour in to our check in time because there was no one at the front desk finally when they came we were already convinced enough that we were going to cancel it they then forced us to pay for our room even though it said free cansilation we then look at our room and it was a mess and there was mold all over the shower we then left and booked at another holiday park and we are furious and still waiting on a refundresponse / report this review -

Was only there one night , the lady at reception was wonderfull. Telling me how much ulladulla had changed in the 26 yrs i had been away etc . Rooms are fantasic

Situated on the main road, Sandpiper is a short stroll to the centre of town..
The rooms, whilst nothing super special, are just your standard room, have everything we need..
Car spot in front of each room, and heaps of on street parking as well.
Also has a nice BBQ area inside the closed off pool area.
Cathy, the owner of the Motel is fantastic, and will do anything to help you have a pleasant stay in Ulladulla.
Will we stay at this Motel again?

Very friendly. Parked bike under cover behind locked gate, then got up early to let us out!
