  Diamond Steam Cleaning is extremely fast, efficient and does an amazing job. I was in need of an emergency carpet cleaning. I told Mark my situation and he was able to be extremely flexible and help me out. Not only did he rush over to help, he also was working fast because I was in a time crunch. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to anyone in this area.

  Diamond Steam Cleaning is an excellent carpet cleaning service. They called to let us know when they were going to arrive. When they arrived, I walked the tech around and pointed out a few] spots. I went and sat down, and it looked like he was done in no time. He removed the stains, and the carpet now seems to be clean. I am glad I called them. I will use them again and recommend them to you if you need carpet cleaning. They were knowledgeable and competent.

  This company is 5 stars from beginning to end! When I requested an estimate, they were prompt and courteous. Everything was incredibly simple to schedule an appointment within days of my request, and it was completed in less than 48 hours! Mark, our technician, was so kind and offered excellent customer service. I was quite pleased with his job, and he has a great deal of enthusiasm. I will be utilising and recommending this business for all of our cleaning needs in the future!!

  Outstanding effort! Mark was on time, professional, and performed an excellent job. He was quite thorough and explained everything he was going to do. He understood how to care for our wool throw rug, and the entire home looks beautiful as a result. I will most certainly use them again!

  I was quite pleased with the service. The price was affordable - in the center of the pack - and the service was excellent from start to finish. I was pleasantly impressed by how clean the carpets turned out in the end - they look better than they have in a long time. Mark was kind and helpful. He contacted to confirm his coming time, and he completed the task fast and thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

  This local company is professional, on time and delivers outstanding results. Had my carpets, couch and curtains steam cleaned the other day. The place smells, looks and breathes better now that the dust and bacteria have been removed. Great job guys. You have my support and I look forward to having my car steam cleaned next week.

  I had my car steam cleaned as I had few food stains and sugary drinks spilled on the carpet and the back seats from my little ones. Mark did an excellent job in cleaning all the stains and bring the interior back to life. Very satisfied with his work and I would definitely use his service again. I would highly recommend him to anyone :)
