Saigon Alley Cafe™ is not your ordinary cafe or Vietnamese eatery, but rather an experience for your senses. The aroma from our hot sizzling crepes, lemon grass beef grilling, pho and noodle stock simmering away; this fusion of smell, food aesthetics and the bustling operation of the open kitchen will lead you into believing you are sitting in the little alleyway of Saigon. Our dear beloved bà nội (grandmother) schooled us in the art of cooking authentic generational Vietnamese food, past down from her elders this tradition continues. During our family visits to Saigon we encountered many street and alleyway cafes’ serving amazing home cooked meals. Inspired by this with our skills acquired over many years from bà nội we wanted to translate and bring this culinary way of living in Saigon to the streets of Brisbane.

Taking advantage of our fresh local produce, Saigon Alley Cafe offers delicious, quick, healthy and affordable meals: ideal for the busy and health conscious customer.
