I bought a BMW M5 from Benson and at no fault of Benson's or SAAP Auto itself, the vehicle had an issue so had to go back to BMW. I have never dealt with a dealership that has been fantastic to deal with from day 1. Benson had the car picked up the very next day to get fixed. Unfortunately due to covid it is taking longer than expected. Benson then went one step further and gave me another BMW to use for the time being and delivered it to me personally. I don't think 5 stars would give him or the dealership justice.
Highly recommended and I will again be dealing with them again for my next purchase of a high end vehicle as I couldn't be happier. Shane

I purchased a Mercedes A35 from this dealership recently and the entire process was a breeze! Due to COVID-19 and the fact I was interstate, I had to deal with them over text and email/phone and Simon was very helpful and professional! The collection of the car was easy and stress free also - thanks Benson! The only thing they forgot was the big red bow when I picked the car up 😅! We will happily use them again for our next vehicle purchase.

BMW X1
Due to circumstances we had to purchase our car online without test driving. Benson gave us delivery to a rural area.
Unfortunately their was a recall on the car, however, it was promptly sorted with BMW. Also no problems with A Warranty issue sorted for us locally.
Benson was true to his word.
Very happy to support a family business, and thank you Benson & Saap Auto for Looking after us.
