Absolutely poor customer service. Tried to charge me more than what the rug was selling for. Told me to go pick it up from another store for only to find out on arrival, they just sold it to someone else for a higher price. What kind of business do they run? Selling goods that have been sold to the highest bidder. I called up demanding answers and all I got was it was a miscommunication. More like you got more money so you sold it to someone else! Please avoid there dodgy practises. We are in 2017, businesses should not be allowed to be run like this!
