  Please train your staff to speak and under English. The lady this morning couldn't speak or understand.. I asked for a French Pedicure she couldn't do it..so I had to choose a colour...the water was boiling hot my feet were red she was laughing ..terrible Im not going back.

  I live in Dromana and went to their new Salon in Dromana. I had my old SNS nails soaked off and got new SNS nails. Ngoc did an amazing job on my nails, she has very high attention to detail. The staff float between their three stores so I hope to get to her again. I was offered tea on arrival and had made no prior booking. The salon accepts cash only. I have been getting my nails done in Frankston and was reluctant to visit Ruby due to bad reviews that I have read on google but like every story there are always two sides and being respectful and a polite customer goes a long way too. I love my nails. They look natural and beautiful.

  We had a great experience today. There were 5 of us who walked in for a Shellac pedicure and spa. We received tea on arrival and staff even called extra staff into help. Very happy with our nails and staff were accommodating considering we didn't book.

  Went there on Tuesday with my family for a pampering day all wanted mani and pedi done we had made a booking. The staff were very rude and rushed through the process charged us all $50 for a horrible service and the nail Polish came off within an hour of being done.
  Horrible experience will never go back.

  i too have had a bad experience at this salon a month or to ago, the lady is rude,the place is disgusting i have also heard rumors theres a tanning booth im not 100% sure. these people shouldnt be able to run a business with the lack of business ethics and health standards DONT GO THERE !!!

  ENDED UP IN POLICE COMING TO SHOP AND POSSIBLE CHARGES OF UNLAWFUL ASSAULT!!
  Got nails done in the morning (fresh set of acrylics with white tips) Nails lifting an hour later along with cut cuticle and bubbling of paint - went back to salon to ask for nails to be fixed and or refund and "Ruby" got aggressive when asked to fix nails, started yanking my hands then when I said to stop she grabbed my hand again and I said I would report shop to DHS if she didn't want to refund - went to take pic of pedicure spas and "Ruby" came and shoved me and stole my phone from me yelling abuse in her language and physically shoving me out of the shop!
  DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE NOT SANITARY, VERY ABUSIVE, NOT TRAINED, VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT WORST EXPERIENCE EVER YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO GO THERE!!!
  (Ironically my name is Ruby also - completely not related!)
