If 0 stars was an option, that is what this place would get from me. Ordered food and waited 2 hours for delivery. Had to call up twice to see where my order was and got the run around, being told that the delivery driver had left 10 minutes ago on both occasions. When it finally arrived, it was barely warm and the delivery driver had no reason for being late after being asked. Avoid this place as if it were the plague.

Found this place 2 weeks ago omg great food. Ordered there bento boxes 3 times since then. Just have to say i went to japan a year ago. trying takeaway food from Japanese places from Queensland and here. by far this is the most accurate and delicious i have found.

It was 45 minutes late on top of the hour they said it was going to take. They did apologise how ever. The ramen was the worst I've ever had, including the $1 packet stuff from the supermarket. The chicken roll had raw chicken it. the red bean, custard egg and yam rolls where clearly very old and hard. The rice paper crispy chicken rolls where impressively bland and I would not call it crispy. The fried dumplings where amazing but considering the rest was uneatable not worth $65

Waited almost 2 hours for our food to be delivered from 17 mins away. Custard buns were stale, there were big clumps of salt through my rice, katsu chicken wasn't crispy, duck was mostly bones. Never ordering from here again. Yuk

The wonton soup was really good however I had to wait 45 mins to get my order. Furthermore there were two people ahead of us that were still waiting for their food when I got mine before them. I thought this is supposed to be a takeaway shop. I would NEVER go back again. Congratulations, Rolls Plus you have lost a customer for life!!!
