Never have I expirenced such long wait times, I could not imagine how mothers and family’s with full schedules are able to even get in to see a doctor. Honestly disappointed every time I arrive. Would not recommend making a scheduled appointment, there’s no point becuase you will end up waiting over half an hour

The only reason myself and partner attend this practise is because we love the doctor we see. Otherwise the front desk staff are absolutely horrible and rude. Not a friendly smile at all, always open the conversation as if you are a nuisance or wasting their time. So blunt and no kindness. Ended up having an argument on the phone with one having to explain my personal situation and reason for appointment to understand that the appointment was for both of us as a couple not just one.
Takes so much strength not to complain to them.

After being a patient of Woodbridge Medical centre for 20+ years, when I needed a doctor on Tuesday I was told to try another practice. Not good enough.
