I would give them zero stars if I could. I organise for a call out for $150. The person looks at one tire with a nail sticking out my right-back tire. All he does is pull it out and says the nail didn't puncture. 10 minutes. He should have checked all the tires. Now I find out that I have a punctured tire on left-back tire. It's money first for these people and very little in terms of solutions. Never use.

Website advertises $229 for battery replacement which is deceptive because they will charge a $99-$199 call-out fee. So you're looking at around $$330-430 for a battery replacement. They don't answer their phone in the night either even though you can book online. You make a payment and no one calls to confirm, so you're stuck. Can't even cancel.

I would NOT recommend these guys.

Shoud've used RACV, Budget Direct, Allianz or one of the reputable companies

We called thinking they were RACV, gave our RACV number to the customer service and they sent a van out. They advised that the battery was shot and we said well it will be under warranty because RACV changed it 6 months ago. They guy said it’s not covered and you’ll need to pay $260. Because we know nothing about cars or batteries, we agreed. Since all this, they changed the battery and the car wouldn’t start the next day again. Called back and all of a sudden I was some imposition to them. The driver became aggressive and started texting photos of my car and then my house and there was no reason for this. I called him back as he’d also been calling and hanging up and told him to leave us alone. We haven’t heard back but the whole ordeal was very frightening. Be very careful. They are not RACV. They are rude nasty and aggressive and they are the good points. The car still doesn’t start by the way.
