  very happy with the service received from rite price heating and cooling valley view , from the initial phone call to quote and recommendations of range available for size of room, to installation in a very quick time frame. The polite installers arrived introduced themselves spoke about what they were going to do and to make sure I was aware of what was happening at all times. They then got straight on with job of install. very tidy , neat and communicated what was needed to operate and maintain split system. and now have a very good unit running , could not be happier.

  I decided to go with Rite Price Holden Hill (which is not my nearest store) because of the reviews and I was so glad that I did. My salesman was Tom and when he came to my home to give me a quote, he was very thorough. Walking into all the rooms and measuring and looking outside to see where the unit should be placed. He left me with 3 brochures for the different systems and delivered the quote to me the following day. Because this was a big purchase I took a few weeks to consider it and get another quote from another Rite Price store (which I wasn't impressed with!), Tom did not hassle me. I called when I had made my decision. I should also add, that at the time Tom came to give me a quote he said that because they were busy we should book in a date at that time. I am so glad I did. I highly recommend Rite Price Holden Hill.

  Could not be happier with Rite Price Heating and Cooling at Valley View. Darrin was quick to come and quote, then with in a week the Aircon was installed. The instillation team were brilliant, quick, clean, tidy and very helpful setting up the controller. All completed in a timely manner on a 42 degree day.
  Much appreciated guys

  prompt service of install, polite installers arrived and got straight on with job of install. very tidy , neat and communicated what was needed to operate and maintain split system. and now have a very good unit running , could not be happier. payment of system easier to do and was followed up with a phone call from their office and an email back with invoice.
  absolutely made the right call to use Rite Price heating & Cooling.

  I had a tricky situation to resolve when replacing my air con unit. Rite Price have done a great job. Their workers were polite and very competent.
