They could not help me with the issue, but I entered my information into the chat window, and within 5 minutes, I had a friendly person walk me through what they could and could not help with. If I get a negative review in the future they will be my first point of contact

Fantastic service. If I could give them six stars, I would do so. They were able to remove a negative review from Google in about a week. I had previously flagged the review on Google and appealed it internally, but to no avail.

Jack worked so hard to help us remove a negative review that we thought would be stuck on our Google profile forever. I was over the moon, and so happy Jack and the team achieved this for my small business. Thanks Jack and Team, YOU ARE AMAZING!!

Super happy with the service from Adrian! We contacted Removify after someone added our founder's home address to Google maps. Adrian got it removed within 24 hours. Communication and follow up were outstanding.

Incredible service – 100% recommend! We reached out to Removify when our business was bombarded with over 80 false and defamatory reviews over a 2-week period, all posted from fake profiles in an attempt to damage our reputation. We contacted Google on multiple occasions to have them removed but received absolutely no response. The Removify team were professional, efficient and easy to deal with and the process was clearly communicated every step of the way. Their online portal is very user friendly and ultimately Removify were able to achieve exactly what they promised and all of the fake reviews were successfully removed. Not only that, but as the number of fake reviews continued to climb daily, Removify honoured their original quote and removed in excess of 80 reviews for the same price! Our Google Review dropped to 2.8 at its lowest and is now back up to 4.9. Thank you to Curtis, Andrew and the entire team at Removify for the amazing service. Well worth the investment.
