  My end-to-end experience with Regal stonemason has been extremely positive.
  The team, particular Arylyn is a pleasure to deal with it.
  She is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable in all communication.
  She is so approachable - to my endlesss sms and calls.
  This was a key standout for me - someone who is responsive from the get go; from quote to negotiations, to measure and install.
  Additionally, her turnaround time to get this work done for me was phenomenal. I know there were no promises/guarantees - but she took everything into consideration - and was sure to utilise the entire slab/materials.
  I am so thankful I found Regal - please go to them if you want genuine care, competitive pricing and attention to detail for your project.

  We LOVE our stunning elegant “thunder white” granite stone tops!! Many compliments already from family and friends. Thank you so much to Arlyn and her team for their friendly, efficient, well-experienced professionalism from start to finish of our kitchen project. We HIGHLY recommend Regal Stonemason, Braeside.   You have been most unhelpful. Firstly, I can wait till after lockdown to replace my bench tops I never said it had to be done right NOW!!! Secondly, you told me that you have sooo many in stock that you couldn't possibly tell me what you do or dont have even though I have chosen 6 and you don't have any of them.You seem very, very lazy and I doubt that you own that business as you have just lost them thousands and I will get to the owner and let them know how incapable you are at representing their business. If you do own the business then don't offer a service that you are not even slightly interested in providing. What a waste of my time you have been. Don't offer an online quote system and ask for all the measurements and details and photos and then not even bother giving the quote.
  Pathetic and I will go on google reviews and repeat all of your bad, bad service.

  Great customer service from start to finish.
  Arlyn was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
  The staff - initially a site visit by Ervin and later the installers were excellent and professional and did really great work that exceeded my expectations. The bench top looks great.
  Even when I damaged the sink, I am thankful that Arlyn & staff managed to source another one that really saved me .
  Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.
