Fantastic place for dinner with great scenery. Food was amazing and the staff were so helpful. Having anaphylaxis, I find it difficult to dine out, but the staff were so friendly and helpful, made the experience much less stressful.

Stunning locations and stunning rooms - we got the second most expensive room for one night, and my man got very sick suddenly I called room service in the middle of the night for an extra blanket while I'll on the phone to dial doctor and the after hours front desk said to me this is for emergencies only and if the doctor comes to the hotel I'll have to open the front door myself because he's sleeping. I was astounded my boyfriend with a terrible fever, so sick and I needed another blanket as there wasn't a spare one in the room, paid almost $500 for the room and that's the service I received at 2am in the morning. Sadly I won't be returning to your beautiful hotel because the customer service was shocking.

Gorgeous hotel with a lovely feel that wouldn't be out of place in either the Bahamas or Africa. It's worn look provides lovely character. Sadly, the gourmet restaurant is a let down. Nice wines, albeit pricey, but the quality of the food isn't a patch on its sister Accor hotel, the Sea Temple, up the road. Worth the experience once but better value to be had in Palm Cove.

Beautiful views set in an outdoor/indoor settings for breakfast.
Staff were lovely and very attentive. We were seated and served immediately and waited very little time for food to come out.
We ordered the Full Breakfast and the Banana Pancakes. Both meals were lovely, maybe a tad expensive for what they were. The caramel sauce on the pancakes was very sweet, so only order if you have a sweet tooth.

I stayed here about 18 months ago and loved it! Situated right on the beach, staff were friendly and helpful. Dining in the al fresco dining area looking out at the ocean bliss. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Loved the complimentary afternoon cocktails and nibbles

Perfect!!! ALL The Staff were friendly, courteous and profession. We enjoyed our afternoon drinks with the hotel staff. The Restaurant was very nice to eat at and we had gentleman playing his flute as background music for us. Very nice to listen to not intrusive. It was hard to come up with a negative but our room looked on to the old roof with with air conditioning units. But we did have a great view looking on to the pool. Great time of the year to go. Not too crowd. Lot of nice restaurant to choose from.

    Beware!!!

I paid over $2000.00 for 7 nights accommodation and when booking asked for two double beds and on arrival Megan(assistant manager) booked it as room for husband and wifethen advised she had upgraded our room but forgot to mention she had shoved us into a small room with single beds!!! Then when queried said the beds were king single,, then lied and said the bed was a king split in two!!! Really please Meagan tell the truth!!!!

So before staying at Palm Cove double check your booking as Megan provides no customer service and extremely condescending !!!
